The Governing Body of the State Council consists of elected and appointed directors, advisors, and other business leaders/advocates, and the presidents from the SHRM affiliated chapters located in Alabama.
The 2008 State Council meetings will be held at the MAX Credit Union in Montgomery. Regular meetings will be held on Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM on the following dates:
January 18
March 21
April 18
August 22
December 5
The May 20th meeting will be held at the Drury Inns & Suites from 9:30 to 2:00 and include final review and preparations for the 2008 State Conference on May 21st.
The SHRM National Leadership Conference is scheduled for November 20-22, 2008 in Arlington, VA.
