The Governing Body of the State Council consists of elected and appointed directors, advisors, and other business leaders/advocates, and the presidents from the SHRM affiliated chapters located in Alabama.
The 2010 State Council meetings will be held on the campus of Alabama State University in Montgomery. Regular meetings will be held on Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM on the following dates:
March 12, August 20, and December 5 (Leadership Meeting)
The May 18th meeting will be held 8:30 to 2:00 and include final review and preparations for the 2010 State Conference on May 20th.
The SHRM Annual Conference is scheduled for June 27-June 30, 2010 in San Diego, CA.
The SHRM National Leadership Conference is scheduled for November 18-20, 2010 in Arlington, VA.
